Fall Festival Sponsorship

Each fall for the past 13 years, Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church and School put on a jolly Fall Festival where everyone is welcome to enjoy two days of fun, food, and frivolity. Touted as the "Best Little Festival this Side of the Mississippi," this is one event that is sure to bring a smile to your face.

Fall Festival Schedule of Activities

The festival is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, so there are ample opportunities for all ages to stop by and stay awhile and enjoy the festivities. Here are just a few of the activities.

Try your luck with a Mega Raffle ticket for a chance to win. The raffle has $15,000 in prize money to award starting with the Grand Prize of $7,500, followed by $2,000 for second place, $1,000 for 3rd, 4th, or 5th prize, plus $500 prizes given out to five lucky ticket holders. 

At the game tent, you'll find a variety of activities and games just for children, and with a Ride Bracelet, you can ride unlimited until your heart's content. There's also a silent auction, a beer garden serving a delectable menu and satisfying drinks, a fish dinner on Friday, and on Saturday, a finger-lickin' fried chicken dinner. Top off the meal with a little something sweet from the dessert and wine bar. 

At our Art in the Park, over 20 booths available in our air-conditioned Artist's Marketplace have a variety of creative hand-crafted items for sale. To top off the festival, while all these activities are taking place, you'll be entertained with live musical performances.

There are many individuals and businesses involved with the festival each year through various sponsorship levels that include Gold, Silver, Bronze plus, and Bronze. The festival sponsors play a vital role in promoting and supporting the efforts of Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi to provide a festival where people come together to have a great time. 

Sponsors are greatly appreciated for their involvement, support, and generosity that help make the festival a popular annual event for the entire Greenwood community.
