It’s available in six main trim levels: SXT, GT, R/T, Citadel, SRT 392, and this year Dodge has unleashed a new top-of-the-range SRT Hellcat model. Both SRT models come standard with an all-wheel-drive system that is optional for other trims.

Durango SXT

The entry-level Durango SXT model is powered by a 295-horsepower 3.6-liter V-6 engine that delivers 260 pound-feet of torque via an eight-speed automatic transmission. This powertrain gives you a maximum towing capacity of 6,200 pounds. Exterior features include LED daytime running lights, headlamps, and fog lamps, 18-inch aluminum wheels, power-heated mirrors, and the unmistakable signature LED racetrack taillights.

In the cabin, you’ll find seating for five with fabric upholstery and 60/40 split-folding rear seats. It offers push-button start, dual-zone automatic temperature control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, an 8.4-inch infotainment touch screen, wireless smartphone capability, voice command, a six-speaker sound system, and three 12-volt power outlets.

Durango GT

The Durango GT adds a sports grille, black trim, and 20-inch wheels. Inside, it offers seating for seven, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, fold-and-tumble second-row seats, and a leather-trimmed, flat-bottom steering wheel. You also get rear park assist with stop.

Durango R/T

R/T models come standard with a 5.7-liter V-8 that develops 360 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque. When equipped with the available Tow n Go Package, the R/T can tow up to 8,700 pounds. Added exterior features include a performance hood, 20-inch wheels, a power tailgate, and power-folding auto-dimming mirrors with integrated turn signals and memory.

The interior offers leather-trimmed suede upholstery, a power-adjustable passenger seat, heated front and second-row seats, a heated steering wheel, and a 115-volt power outlet. The infotainment system gets the 10.1-inch touch screen, a Wi-Fi hot spot, navigation, and a nine-speaker Alpine audio system with HD radio. Front and rear park assist with stop is also standard.

Durango Citadel

The Durango Citadel has the V-6 engine as standard, but offers the option of the 5.7-liter V-8. The exterior features stylish platinum chrome trim and black roof rails. The Citadel has seating for six with second-row fold-and-tumble captain’s chairs and gives you heated and ventilated front seats, a perforated leather steering wheel, leather door panels, and a power sunroof. Driver assist features include adaptive cruise control with stop, lane departure warning, blind-spot and cross-path detection, and full-speed forward collision warning.

Durango SRT 392 and SRT Hellcat
